Certain elements of the event or sessions may include transportation, machine demonstrations, site tours and other activities that include some elements of risk and hazard. You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, and assume full responsibility from your participation in such events and sessions. You further acknowledge that you release Rockwell Automation from all responsibility associated with such risks and hazards.

By clicking "I accept" on the registration form, you acknowledge that personal data and other information you provide with your registration (name, contact details, demographics, dietary preferences, general questions) and that you will provide or that will be collected during the event (for example, information on the sessions you attend, usage of the mobile application of the event and interests you have expressed in the mobile application) will be used by, and shared with, employees and contractors of Rockwell Automation, sponsors and exhibitors, and/or registration and conference service vendors.

This information will solely be used for the following purposes: event and sessions registration and tracking, badge printing, email communications about the event, mobile application usage, sales lead collection, meals, and other event planning activities, as well as contacting you and/or sending you information and marketing materials before and after the event.

If, at any point during the event, you allow your event badge to be scanned, that information may be used by Rockwell Automation, exhibitors and sponsors to follow up post event with sales contacts and communications.

You and the company you belong to may continue to receive electronic communication related to your business transactions with us.

By clicking "I accept" on the registration form, you also acknowledge that you may be required to accept an on-site consent form prior to receiving an event badge at on-site registration. Failure to accept the on-site consent form will result in cancellation of your event registration, and a refund will not be given.

By clicking "I accept" on the registration form, you understand that you will be attending an event where video and/or photography may take place. You consent to the following Image release waiver:

• I, or my parent or guardian if I am a minor, hereby give Rockwell Automation, Inc. and any photographers or producers contracted by Rockwell Automation, as well as Rockwell Automation assigns, licensees, successors in interest, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use and to license my image or photograph in all forms and in all media and in all manners, without any restriction as to the changes or alterations for any uses including but not limited to advertising, trade, promotion, and marketing, or any other lawful purposes.
• I waive any right to inspect or approve the photograph(s), video, or finished version(s) incorporating the photograph(s) or video.
• I agree that Rockwell Automation, Inc. owns the copyright in these works and I hereby waive any claims I may have based on any usage of the images, photographs, videos or works derived therefrom, including but not limited to claims for either invasion of privacy or libel.
• I acknowledge and agree that I have no further right to additional consideration, and that I will make no further claim for any reason to Rockwell Automation, Inc. and its assigns, licensees, successors in interest, and legal representatives.
• I agree that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual.
• I have read this release and am fully familiar with its contents.
• I accept these terms by accepting and completing an event registration.

Event Behavior

These requirements apply to all registered participants and their guests who attend the event, including, but not limited to, attendees, sponsors, partners, vendors and Rockwell Automation employees. These requirements also apply to all aspects of the event both in person and virtually, and both on and off premises.

1. Behave in a way that creates an all-inclusive environment for all participants.
2. Be respectful to all attendees, sponsors, partners, event staff, Rockwell Automation staff and any other person(s) present at or related to the event.
3. Harassment or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Attendees may not harass, harm, threaten or discriminate against any person(s) or group of persons at any Rockwell Automation event.
4. Disruptive speech or behavior or interference with the event will not be tolerated.
5. Comply with all directions and instructions given by Rockwell Automation staff.
6. Alert event staff if you see anything dangerous or suspicious or actions taken in violation of these requirements.
7. Intoxication is not an excuse for violation of these requirements. When drinking alcohol at this event, we expect all attendees to know their limits, be respectful and behave appropriately.

Consequences

These requirements are non-negotiable and any behavior in violation will result in the consequences deemed appropriate by Rockwell Automation in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to take any and all appropriate actions with respect to any event attendee who fails to comply with these terms, including require the attendee to leave the event; deny access to the event or any portion of the event and any future Rockwell Automation hosted or sponsored events; and to involve law enforcement, as necessary. If Rockwell Automation denies entry or requires you to leave an event, you will not be eligible for a refund of any fees paid to us related to the event.

Speak up!

If you observe or have ethical concerns about behavior at this event, whether that be from an employee, customer, distributor, vendor, or other, we encourage you to report that behavior to the Rockwell Automation Office of the Ombuds. Rest assured that any complaints or concerns will be handled discreetly. Anyone who reports an issue in good faith will not be retaliated against.
