Inclusivity

We value a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees to come as they are, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, age, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, marital status, veteran status or any other class protected by law.

Event Behavior

These requirements apply to all registered participants and their guests who attend the event, including, but not limited to, attendees, sponsors, partners, vendors and Rockwell Automation employees. These requirements also apply to all aspects of the event both in person and virtually, and both on and off premises.

  1. Behave in a way that creates an all-inclusive environment for all participants.
  2. Be respectful to all attendees, sponsors, partners, event staff, Rockwell Automation staff and any other person(s) present at or related to the event.
  3. Harassment or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Attendees may not harass, harm, threaten or discriminate against any person(s) or group of persons at any Rockwell Automation event.
  4. Disruptive speech or behavior or interference with the event will not be tolerated.
  5. Comply with all directions and instructions given by Rockwell Automation staff.
  6. Alert event staff if you see anything dangerous or suspicious or actions taken in violation of these requirements.
  7. Intoxication is not an excuse for violation of these requirements. When drinking alcohol at this event, we expect all attendees to know their limits, be respectful and behave appropriately.
Consequences

These requirements are non-negotiable and any behavior in violation will result in the consequences deemed appropriate by Rockwell Automation in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to take any and all appropriate actions with respect to any event attendee who fails to comply with these terms, including require the attendee to leave the event; deny access to the event or any portion of the event and any future Rockwell Automation hosted or sponsored events; and to involve law enforcement, as necessary. If Rockwell Automation denies entry or requires you to leave an event, you will not be eligible for a refund of any fees paid to us related to the event.

Speak up!

If you observe or have ethical concerns about behavior at this event, whether that be from an employee, customer, distributor, vendor, or other, we encourage you to report that behavior to the Rockwell Automation Office of the Ombuds. Rest assured that any complaints or concerns will be handled discreetly. Anyone who reports an issue in good faith will not be retaliated against.
