The Emulate3D User Group Meeting is designed for both new and experienced users. The event is a combination of Emulate3D technical presentations and amazing case studies provided by industry-leading users of Emulate3D, with real-world examples of how they have successfully implemented Emulate3D technology and benefit from using it for their automation projects.

The Emulate3D Training Day is designed as a path that begins by introducing fundamentals to newer users, while at the same refreshing and updating Emulate3D veterans on how our latest features and components can be used in their workflows. From there, you’ll continue the instructor-led journey through a series of specialized topics around our latest catalogs and capabilities. Finally, you’ll be ready to pick a final topic that from a menu of self-guided instruction and work on a project while our finely honed engineers walk the room ready to answer questions, help you along the way, or just chat about how our technology can be applied to solve your unique challenges.

All content offered at the event will remain accessible to attendees for six months following the event.

We’ll take care of you at the Emulate3D User Group Meeting, with breakfast, lunch, and snacks provided each day during the event, ensuring productive downtime for you to mix with your peers and fellow Emulate3D users in a relaxed and convivial environment. And don’t forget our Welcome Reception on the evening of Tuesday, October 3rd and Evening Out in the Voodoo Lounge at the House of Blues on the evening of Wednesday, October 4th!

Travel options between the airport (MCO) and the Event Venue (Hilton Lake Buena Vista, Disney Springs) - Taxi, Uber, Lyft. There are no shuttle services available.

As a bonus, the folks at Disney have been kind enough to offer our attendees and guests exclusive events, access, and discounted theme park tickets. Spend a few extra days and enjoy Fall in Florida. Our room block allows for check in as early as September 28, and Checkout as late as October 11!
