You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, and assume full responsibility from your participation in such events and sessions. You further acknowledge that you release Rockwell Automation from all responsibility associated with such risks and hazards.
By clicking "I accept" (below) you acknowledge that personal data and other information you provide with your registration (name, contact details, demographics, dietary preferences, general questions) and that you will provide or that will be collected during the event (for example, information on the sessions you attend, usage of the mobile application of the event and interests you have expressed in the mobile application) will be used by, and shared with, staff and contractors of Rockwell Automation, exhibiting members of our event ({EventName}) and other approved exhibiting entities, and/or our registration and conference service vendors.
This information will solely be used for the following purposes: event and sessions registration and tracking, badge printing, email communications about the event, mobile application usage, sales lead collection, meals, and other event planning activities, as well as contacting you and/or sending you information and marketing materials before and after the event based on your expressed interests collected.
If, at any point during the event, you allow your event badge to be scanned, that information may be used by Rockwell Automation and exhibiting members of our event ({EventName}) and other approved exhibiting entities to follow up post event with sales contacts and communications.
By clicking "I accept" (below) you understand that you will be attending an event where video and/or photography may take place, as well as exchange of information where you will be the receptor or the generator, therefore please read the full version of event policies below.
